Many Primary and Secondary school Pupils across the 5 Local Governments Areas under the Lagos Central Senatorial District, were presented with school bags facilitated by Distinguished Senator Wasiu Sanni Eshilokun on 10th September, 2024.
You will recall that Distinguished Senator Eshilokun had facilitated lots of items as empowerment for his Constituents in July, 2024, where he gave out 5 tricycles, 50 deep freezers, 70 generators and 100 pieces each of sewing and grinding machines. This was done immediately after he facilitated the erection of solar powered street lights in many streets in Eti Osa, Lagos Island and Surulere; aside the Transformers facilitated for lots of communities in the district, as well as, about 10 roads being rehabilitated in these Local Government Areas.
Education Secretaries of Local Government Areas in Lagos Central Senatorial District were given these bags at the venue of the empowerment programme, for distribution to Pupils who were on vacation then.
Thus, in view of the commencement of a new academic year, and resumption of these pupils, the Education Secretaries, Mr Qudus Mobolaji Abari, Alhaja Fausat Oluwatoyin Olawepo, Alhaji Tajudeen Tijani, Mr Babatunde Awoyelu and Mr Muse Akinlolu of Lagos Island, Apapa, Lagos Mainland, Surulere and Eti Osa LGAs respectively, set out to distributing these bags to their pupils.
